Ambar 10, a trendsetting beer with 10 varieties of hops that harmonise its 10 degrees of alcohol. Strong and voluptuous but very balanced on the palate.
The 10 varieties of hops originate from 9 countries: Australia, USA, UK, France, Poland, Germany, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Spain.
Its orangey colour and brief hint of the scent of wood transport us to the world of liqueurs. This sensation takes a back seat when a sweet freshness appears, with citric notes and a universe of herbs which emerges from the hops.
It is unctuous and persistent on the mouth, even though the degree of bitterness is less than expected, demonstrating the hops’ ability to carry a wide register of elegant notes that give this beer its unique personality.
Ambar 10 is a gastronomic delight. It should be enjoyed with foods which accompany or contrast with its potent aroma and taste.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast
Serving temperature: 8°- 10°
Serve with: rich, tasty dishes that offset its alcoholic strength. Seasonal mushrooms or duck magret with peach marmalade.
