AMBAR TERRAE, A BEER WITH VINE HOP. A DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN BEER, FROM OLITE, WITH THE SPIRIT OF AUTUMN
Ambar D.O. is a lager beer made with vine hop, grown in the centenary lands of the wine growing tradition in Olite (Navarra). The historical attention given to these lands translates into the quality of the hop, which benefits from the extensive vine growing culture. An intriguing ingredient which is added to four grains (barley, oat, rye and wheat) which wrap themselves around the hops, bringing a silkiness to the entire blend.
The result is an exceptional, surprising, designation of origin beer, designed to be enjoyed in autumn, as an accompaniment to food.
