BEER FERMENTED AT A VERY HIGH TEMPERATURE
Ambar Super Super Ale, a beer fermented at around 30°, which is unusual in the creation process of an artisan beer. It has a strong character, almost like a liqueur, owing to its body and aroma, defined by this process of fermentation and taken to the extreme.
Challenging the beer making process. It has aromatic strength without being boisterous. A beer taken to its harmonious limit.
Alcohol: 6.8% vol.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, rice and hops
Serving temperature: 7°- 8°
Serve with: cheeses, salads and creamy deserts.
