A BEER CREATED WITH WILD YEASTS
Ambar Monteperdido, a beer created with wild yeasts at a very low temperature. To find the yeasts used in this beer, our brewmaster planned an expedition to the Ordesa National Park in Huesca. From there it gets its robust, adventurous character. It’s a truly authentic beer.
The result had to honour this mountain range found in the region of Sobrarbe, a World Heritage Site, which celebrated one hundred years as a National Park. It’s a real, genuine beer. It has the spirit of risk, it’s about taking a trip to the heart of Aragon to find an unparalleled and original recipe.
“The result: Wild, complex, surrounded by uncertainty, surprising, fun, and with a spark. It’s as ambitious as the project itself”.
