THE SPIRIT OF OATS, IN A BEER
Ambar Avena, an autumnal beer with the colour of pumpkin that combines three types of malt, two different toastings of barley malt and an oat malt of English origin. With three noble hops, Magnat, Saaz and Mittelfruh, its aromatic profile is complex and extra silky on the mouth.
Alcohol: 6.4% vol.
Ingredients: water, barley and oat malt, Magnat, Saaz and Mittelfruh hops and yeast
Serving temperature: 6°- 8° (in a short glass)
Serve with: autumnal dishes, the first mushrooms of the season, a plateful of wild mushrooms on toast with caramelised onion, for example. Or a winter pumpkin soup.
